Day 1 of the 3-day workshop with renowned choreographer Gina Patterson, to nourish the athlete, artist, and soul.  In this immersive workshop, without the pressure of a performance, we will use choreographic process to tap into the unlimited creative inspiration and burning questions that reside inside each of us - fueling what will direct the creative flow inside the studio as we grow our capacity for community, creating, communication, and collaborative skills while deepening what it means to be an artist. We will work with "unseen" tools that more fully connect you to your intuition, trust, and the moment - realizing the cradle, like the land, they provide.
